THE LITTLE DETAILS / SUPPORT

Where are my boards kept?

On your device, in Einso’s own storage. They’re included in your device backups. Nothing is uploaded unless you share or sync a board.

How do I share a board?

Open the board and tap Share. You can send a copy, send a picture of the board, or share a link. A link lets people open the board in Einso or in a browser. Turn on “Keep this board synced” to work on it together over time, and choose whether visitors can add notes.

How do I stop sharing?

Open the board’s Share menu and choose Stop sharing. The cloud copy is deleted and the link stops working. People who already saved a copy keep their own.

I deleted a board by mistake

On iPhone and iPad, deleted boards go to Recently Deleted in the library first; open it and choose Restore. On a Mac they go to the Trash.

Someone added something unpleasant to my board

Open the board’s notes from people. You can hide or remove one person’s notes, clear them all, or turn off “Let people add notes”.

Reporting a shared board or notes

If you see something abusive or illegal on a shared board, use Report: on the shared page, in the app’s Share menu for a board someone shared with you, or in the notes list for one person’s notes. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our terms.

Which devices does Einso run on?

iPhone 15 Pro or newer, and iPads with an M1 chip or newer (or the iPad mini with A17 Pro), on iOS and iPadOS 26 or later. These are the devices that run Apple Intelligence.

Do I need an account or an AI key?

No. Einso has no accounts. On iPhone and iPad, AI features use Apple Intelligence on your device. If they don’t respond, check that Apple Intelligence is turned on in the Settings app. On a Mac you can also add your own OpenRouter key in Settings.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything on your device. To remove a shared board from our server, use Stop sharing, or email us. More detail is in the privacy policy.
